In addition, it accepts electrode diameters from 0.008 to 0.124 inches, with an optional range up to 0.236 inches. As a result, the H32Z fits shops handling lower-volume precision work or those moving into hole drilling for the first time.

The SD-530 CNC adds automation and control. Specifically, it features XY travels of 21.6 by 11.8 inches, a 23.6-inch W-axis electrode travel, and a 14.2-inch Z-axis guide travel. Furthermore, it includes a 10-position automatic electrode changer and a 4-position guide changer as standard. In other words, the SD-530 supports longer unattended runs and faster setup changes.

The SD-750 CNC extends capacity for production environments. For example, it brings 27.5 by 17.7-inch XY travels and a 27.6-inch W-axis electrode travel. Likewise, it features a 15-position automatic electrode changer and the same 4-position guide changer. Therefore, the SD-750 suits shops handling larger workpieces or higher-volume runs.

The AD6L CNC submerged machine handles our most demanding work. Specifically, it features XY travels of 23.6 by 15.7 inches and a 19.7-inch W-axis electrode travel. In addition, optional 5th or 6th axis rotary or tilt-turn tables enable complex multi-axis hole geometries. Furthermore, it supports up to a 20-position electrode changer. As a result, the AD6L tackles the toughest aerospace and medical device geometries.
